China-India relations have always been complicated even in the best of times, but both leaders may see an opportunity to advance their interests against the backdrop of the ongoing US-China trade war. As for the vanquished, Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi faces tough questions about whether his family's dynasty is well and truly over. Over in Indonesia, losing presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto also has a lot to answer for, as authorities investigate who orchestrated last week's post-election riots.
